This case study is a part of Case Studies in Business class. I'm the one of research team. The researchers conducted the case study to analyze growth strategy and SOAR strategy of Have a Nice Day Studio, one of well-known parlor in Bang Saen,Chonburi. Furthermore, the researchers studied the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the business by interviewing the owner. There were 37 questions to analyze our purposes of the study throughout interviewing. As the consequence, this study discovered through the interview that the business has the great strengths and uniqueness so they do not need to offer more promotion andpromote the business. They have a plan to expand the business in the term ofarea and provide more workshop activities. This case study also explored existing customers' opinions towards the marketing mix strategy (4Ps) of the business by using Google Form to contemplate satisfaction of 20 customers. The questionnaire consisted of 2 parts including general information and customer’s attitudes toward the business. As the result, the majority of responding participants were positive. Customers were satisfied with the product, price, promotion, place, and service of the business. The researchers provided recommendations for the study and business. Therefore, this study will bevaluable and useful for the business and future research which relates to this industry.
